西红花苷-1对实验性糖尿病小鼠肝保护作用研究

    观察西红花苷-1对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠肝保护作用。方法:采用STZ(180mg/kg)腹腔注射建立糖尿病小鼠模型。将造模成功后的小鼠随机分为3组(n=10):糖尿病模型(DM)组、西红花苷-1(C-1)组、阳性对照二甲双胍(MH)组。另取10只正常小鼠 设为正常对照(NC)组。给药组每天灌胃1次,连续6周,模型组和正常对照组灌胃生理盐水。给药第2、6周测定小鼠AST、ALT和ALP水平,给药第6周测定血清和肝脏中SOD、MDA、CAT、TNF-α和IL-6等指标的变化情况。与NC组相比,DM组血清AST、ALT、ALP、MDA和TNF-α水平均显著升高,SOD和MDA水平显著降低;肝脏TNF-α、MDA显著升高,SOD和CAT显著降低;与DM组相比,C-1组血清AST、ALT、ALP、MDA水平均显著降低,SOD和CAT水平显著均显著升高;肝脏TNF-α显著降低,CAT显著升高。西红花苷-1对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病小鼠有一定肝保护作用,其机制可能和改善氧化应激和炎症有关,提示西红花苷-1可能用于糖尿病肝病的防治。
Abstract : 

     bserve the hepatoprotective effect of crocin-1 on streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mice. Diabetes mellitus mice were established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ (180 mg/kg). The 30 well-established diabetes mice were randomly divided into three groups: Diabetic mellitus (DM) group, Crocin-1(C-1) group and positive control (metformin hydrochloride MH) group. Another ten normal mice were selected as normal control (NC) group. The mice ine. The levels of AST, ALT and ALP in mice were measured at the 2nd and 6th week after administration, and the changes of the indicators including SOD, MDA, CAT, TNF- and IL-6 in serum and liver were determined after 6 weeks of continuous administration. Compared with NC group, the levels of AST, ALT, ALP, MDA and TNF- in serum were significantly increased, while the levels of SOD and MDA were dramatically decreased in DM group. Compared with DM group, the levels of AST, ALT, ALP and MDA were significantly decreased with obviously increased levels of SOD and CAT in serum, and the TNF- of liver were starkly declined with a notable elevation of CAT in C-1 group. Crocin-1 has certain hepatoprotective effect on streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice, and its mechanism may be related to the improvement of oxidative stress and inflammation, which suggested that crocin-1 could be used for the prevention and treatment of diabetic liver disease.

辛夷、艾葉、黃柏、當歸與陳皮等本草精油對皮膚細胞與黑色素細胞瘤的生長影響

    精油對於腫瘤生長的影響被廣泛討論,並有可能成為有效且無害的補充和替代藥物。各種皮膚細胞在保護身體與修復損傷扮演著重要的角色,如:纖維母細胞(fibroblasts)、角質細胞(keratinocytes)、黑色素細胞(melanocytes)等,我們將辛夷精油、艾葉精油、黃柏精油、當歸精油與陳皮精油混合相對應之細胞培養液後進行人類皮膚細胞與腫瘤細胞培養實驗,以了解並推估精油對抗腫瘤的影響。結果證實五種辛夷精油、艾葉精油、黃柏精油、當歸精油與陳皮精油培養不同種類之細胞,除可抑制皮膚細胞之增殖效率外,還顯著抑制黑色素細胞瘤。因此推估此五種中草藥精油有抗腫瘤的功效,其中辛夷、艾葉、黃柏、當歸精油還對纖維母細胞有顯著抑制作用。
Abstract :
    The effect of essential oils on tumor growth is widely discussed and may be an effective and harmless supplement and alternative drug. Various skin cells play an important role in protecting the body and repairing injuries, such as: fibroblasts, keratinocytes, melanocytes. We use Magnolia essential oil, Artemisia leaf oil, Philodendron essential oil, Angelica essential oil and Citrus essential oil for human skin cells and tumor cell culture experiments were performed after mixing the cells and culture medium with these essential oils to understand and estimate the effect of the essential oils on the tumor. The results confirmed that the five species essential oils cultured in different types of cells, in addition to inhibiting the proliferation of skin cells, but also significantly inhibit melanoma. Therefore, it is estimated that the five Chinese herbal essential oils have anti-tumor efficacy. Among them, Magnolia, Artemisia leaf, Philodendron and Angelica essential oils also had significant inhibitory effects on fibroblasts.

香榧壳精油的生物学活性评价

    在香榧壳粉末和蒸馏水之比1/4(m/v),加盐量4%,水蒸气蒸馏5hr的条件下香榧壳精油提取率最高为1.820%。测定香榧壳精油清除DPPH自由基的活性,结果表明,香榧壳精油的IC_(50)为8.779mg/mL,BHT的IC_(50)为0.9879μg/mL,Vc 的IC_(50)为1.334μg/mL相比,虽然其清除效果并不明显,但说明其仍具有一定的DPPH自由基清除活性。用浓度为0.24mg/mL酪氨酸酶溶液(2742U),以1mmol多巴溶液为底物,测定香榧壳精油、柠檬精油、BHT和Vc抑制酪氨酸酶的影响,发现:在反应22min后,对酪氨酸酶的抑制率,香榧壳精油仅次于Vc,这说明其具有较强的酪氨酸酶抑制活性。将0.02g的香榧壳精油、柠檬精油、BHT分别加到100g猪油、色拉油和棕榈油中,经过54天后,从油脂的过氧化值(POV)判断,添加有香榧壳精油的油脂组的过氧化值均低于空白组,说明其也具有较强的抗油脂氧化能力。香榧壳精油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌圈明显,说明其具有一定的抑菌性。
Abstract :
    The highest extraction ratio 1.820% of essential oil of Peel of Chinese Torreya Grandis (PCTG) was obtained under the condition of PCTG powder / distilled water 1/4(m/v), salt addition 4%, distillation time 5 hr. The DPPH. radical scanvenging ability of PCTG essential oil was determined. It was concluded that IC_(50) of PCTG essential oil was 8.779mg/mL, and IC_(50) of BHT was 0.9879μg/mL, IC_(50) of Vc was 1.334μg/mL. Although the scanvenging effectiveness of PCTG essential oil was not very significant, there was still a certain scanvenging ability of it. The influence of PCTG essential oil, Lemon essential oil, BHT and Vc on the tyrosinase was determined by using tyrosinase solution of 0.24mg/mL with 2742U as enzyme, and L-Dopa solution of 1 mmol/L as substrate. It was concluded that the inhibition percentage for tyrosinase of PCTG essential oil was only lower than that of Vc after 22 minutes, which indicated PCTG essential oil had a relatively stronger tyrosinase inhibition ability. 0.02 g PCTG essential oil, Lemon essential oil and BHT were added into 100 g lard, salad oil and palm oil respectively. After 54 days, it was concluded from peroxide value (POV) of oil that the oil group with PCTG essential oil addition all had a lower POV than control group did. Thus it was indicated that PCTG essential oil also had a relatively stronger antioxidative effect of oils. The bactericidal cycles of E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus and salmonella with PCTG essential oil addition were very remarkable, which showed that PCGT essential oil had a certain bactericidal activity.

台灣五葉松精神抗氧化活性及其對人類角質細胞株的影響

    松樹精油在歐洲已廣泛應用在日常生活疾病保健,五葉松為台灣特有松科植物,具有抗氧化、抗發炎、抗菌及抑制腫瘤生長活性。乾癬(psoriasis)是一種常見慢性反覆發作的皮膚疾病,在大陸俗稱銀屑病,是由於皮膚角質細胞過度增殖,近年來芳香療法嘗試以植物精油用於改善乾癬。本研究中以超臨界流體技術萃取台灣特有松科植物五葉松的針葉和嫩枝,開發出獨特的松樹精油,並探討其抗氧化活性及對人類皮膚角質細胞(Human skin keratinocyte cell line) HaCaT細胞存活率的影響。研究發現不論是超臨界流體或以超臨界添加乙醇共溶劑,萃取五葉松針葉或嫩枝,五葉松精油均具有明顯清除DPPH自由基,且有濃度依賴性。在細胞存活率的測試方面,除超臨界流體萃取五葉松針葉精油在低於50 μg/mL濃度下,不會影響HaCaT細胞存活率,其餘三種五葉松精油在50 μg/mL時發現會抑制HaCaT細胞存活率。因此,五葉松精油使用於皮膚按摩時宜小心慎用,但是否具有改善皮膚乾癬症狀,後續將需進一步探討。
Abstract :
    The pine essential oil is used in Europe aromatherapy, and studies have pointed out that it has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory effects. This study, 1,1-Diphenyl-2- picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay was carried out to study the antioxidant activity and used human skin keratinocyte cell line (HaCaT) to explore the cytotoxicity of four kinds of essential oils from Pinus morrsonicola by the carbon dioxide with supercritical fluid technology. The results showed that the abilities of scavenging DPPH free radicals were superior with all kinds of essential oil from P. morrsonicola. The concentrations required to significantly inhibit the proliferation of HaCaT were > 50 μg/mL for all kinds of pine oils, exclude pine leaves by the carbon dioxide with supercritical fluid technology. These results demonstrated that the cytotoxic to the skin of essential oils from P. morrsonicola. Also, these studies suggest that caution must be taken for the use of pine essential oil on the skin.

不同時段對心律變異之影響

    現今由於經濟快速成長,使國人生活型態改變,若沒有透過方法來舒緩其壓力,都可能面臨自律神經失調的問題。過去研究曾指出自主神經會受不同時段影響而產生變化,因此本研究擬探討不同時段對心率變異之關係,研究結果發現:(1)早上至中午時段處於較為亢奮之狀態,是因為上班時間精神較於緊張、注意力集中所致。(2)中午-晚上及晚上-睡前時段因工作壓力情緒相較趨緩,而有稍微放鬆的趨勢。(3)早上則是因經過一整晚休息而使體力恢復;所以整體能量呈現高峰值。本研究建議在中午時段適度的放鬆來舒解身心壓力,並提高整體自律神經活性, 好對健康加以預防及保健。
 
Abstract :
    People's lifestyle changes due to rapid economic growth. Without any method to relieve their pressure, they may face the problem of autonomic dysfunction. Past studies have pointed out that the autonomic nervous system will be affected by these changes, and time therefore, this study tends to explore the effects of different time periods on the heart rate variability, this study concludes (1) from morning to noon, people is more intense and focused; (2) from noon to evening and evening to midnight, people shows signs of relaxation; (3) people recover their energy through a whole night rest. Therefore, this study suggests a midday relaxation can relieve physical and psychological stress and hence improve overall autonomic nervous activity.

香氛乳液應用於人體自律神經舒緩之影響

    本實驗製備香氛乳液,採用沙棘油/玄米油為油相原料,玫瑰純露、純水、甘油與三仙膠為水相原料,Span80及Tween80為乳化劑,探討不同濃度精油香氛乳液之物性及安定性影響。實驗結果得知,添加0.6wt%三仙膠及不同濃度(0、0.3、0.6wt%)精油之香氛乳液,酸鹼值為弱酸性。所有香氛乳液都是剪切變稀型流體,離心安定性測試,離心轉速3000rpm ,時間30min可獲得安定性良好之乳液。將添加薰衣草、甜柑橘、乳香、天竺葵、紫檀木、橙花等精油之香氛乳液,施用於人體皮膚上,研究受測者之自律神經鎮靜舒緩成效。DIACOM-NLS非線性分析人體試驗自律神經舒緩結果得知,添加0.3wt %濃度精油之香氛乳液,在提升身體細胞能量,舒緩交感神經活躍之效果比0.6wt%精油更為顯著。
 
Abstract :
    In this study, Sea Buckthorn Oil ⁄Rice Bran Oil fragrance emulsion were prepared , using Sea Buckthorn Oil /Rice Bran Oil as oil phase materials, Rose Hydrosol, water ,Glycerin and Xanthan Gum as water phase material. Span80 Tween80 as emulsifier. The effect of different concentrations Xanthan Gum ,emulsifiers and essential oils on the properties and stability of the fragrance emulsions were investigated. The experimental results that fragrance emulsions with 0.6wt% XanthanGum, and different concentrations (0,0.3,0.6 wt%) essential oils of fragrance emulsion, the emulsions are weakly acidic. All fragrance emulsions were shear thinning fluids type. Centrifugal stability test results that fragrance emulsions with good stability by centrifugal speed 3000rpm, 30min condition. the effect of sedative and soothing of the autonomic nervous system were inevestigated by the fragrance emulsion will Lavender、Sweet Orange、Frankincense、Geraium、Rosewood and Neroli essential Oils applied to human skin. The DIACOM-NLS nonlinear analysis of the relieve of autonomic nervous system of human trials, Sea Buckthorn Oil /Brown Rice Oil emulsions fragrance emulsion added 0.3wt% concentration of essential oil can promotion cellular energy in the body and relieve of sympathetic nervous is more significantly better than the 0.6wt% concentration.
